How to test Nubby

At the bottom right of your screen, there you should find Nubby in a circular button. Click/press it and the chatbot interface will open. There is a magnifying glass icon to increase the size of the chatbot window.

Remember to press Ctrl+F5 on windows and Cmd+Shift+R on apple mac to hard refresh the website and its CSS and JS files to ensure that you are seeing the latest version.

For mobile and tablet devices, go to: Browser's settings > Delete browsing data > Delete Cookie and Site data + Delete Cached images and files.

Nubby is not perfectly optimized for mobile device use, however it does have 100% functionality. For mobile and tablet devices, the idea is for users to use the yet to be developed Nub News 'Nubby' App.
